Saltimbocca Burgers

All the yummy flavours of saltimbocca in burger form! 

Serves 3


250g turkey mince

Zest of 1 lemon, grated

4-5 slices Parma ham/prosciutto, torn into pieces

Handful fresh sage, chopped

Black pepper

1 ball mozzarella, drained and grated

Add the lemon zest, sage, black pepper, parma ham and turkey mince to a large bowl and mix to combine. Split the mixture into three balls, take one of the balls and flatten in your palm. Take a third of the grated mozzarella and place on top of your flattened burger then fold the mince mixture round to form a burger shape. Repeat with the other two balls and fry in a large frying pan until cooked through.
